New tegular, block paving driveway in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire

As far as landscaping goes driveways are not always thought of a part of the landscaper’s tool box. One thing I have found during the years is the front of your home is the largest opportunity to give a good impression to visitors or potential buyers. Therefore whenever I discuss a new driveway with a client I always look for ways to bring an aesthetic element to the whole front garden. Here on this project in Great Missenden we tried to incorporate a circular bed to soften the drive surface.

The tegular block paving which comes in three sizes is 20 % more expensive but more than worth it when you consider they don’t fade in the sun as much as the standard block pavers which have large amounts of colour dye in them. The Tegular (as shown above) give a clean, modern but traditional effect which can enhance a properties context especially in a county such as Buckinghamshire.
